We're opening a journal. Not a corporate blog, not a comms feed. A journal, the way a workshop keeps its notebooks open while it works.
What we'll write
Field notes. What we build, week after week. The bricks we lay, the bricks we break. Technical decisions with their why, not just their what. Lessons from the client work that funds the cohort. What we learn by doing.
What we won't write
No generic tech trends. No op-eds about the African ecosystem in the abstract. No "5 reasons to" and no "how to scale".
If we write about something, it's because we've had our hands on it.
Cadence
Irregular. A note goes out when we have something to say, not to fill an editorial calendar. Better one piece a month that holds up than four lukewarm posts a week.
Format
Short, direct, dense. A note is a five-minute read. If it takes more than that, it's because it deserves more.
We code. We launch. We mentor. We stay.
And from now on, we write too.
