Each semester, we select six Guinean tech talents. We arm them. A salary, a product mentor, a space in the heart of Conakry, ongoing training, equity in the startup they build.
For six months, they do one thing only: build their product all the way to market.
They leave the cohort with code in production, real users, and equity in their startup.
